Welcome to Massage by Alpenglow ~ Alpenglow Mobile Massage & Wellness. By accessing or using our website or booking an appointment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Consent to Treatment & Health Disclosure

Massage/bodywork involves therapeutic touch and techniques for relaxation, wellness, and post-surgical recovery. Services are not a substitute for medical care. Consult your physician if you have medical concerns. By receiving services, you consent to treatment at your own risk and acknowledge that results vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or recent surgeries. Alpenglow Mobile Massage & Wellness is not liable for complications or injuries resulting from undisclosed conditions.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Individual bookings: 24 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full fee. Groups of 4 or more: 48 hours’ notice required. Multi-day group bookings: Up to 1 week’s notice required.

3. Group Bookings

By booking for multiple participants, the Booker confirms authority to accept these Terms on behalf of all. All participants are deemed to have consented to these Terms.

4. Safe & Appropriate Environment

Mobile services require a clean, safe, and private environment. Therapists may refuse or end a session if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate (e.g., harassment, intoxication, unsafe space). Fees may still apply if a session ends early due to unsafe conditions.

5. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client health information and session details are kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law or authorized by the client. We may sign NDAs upon request.

6. Therapist Communication & Non-Solicitation

All services are provided by therapists contracted through Alpenglow Mobile Massage & Wellness. Clients agree to schedule sessions only through official booking channels. Direct solicitation or booking of contracted therapists outside of the company is prohibited and in breach of legal contract with our therapists. We reserve the right to discontinue services if this policy is violated.

7. Ownership & Representation

This business has been solely owned and operated by Carolyn Stevens since 2014. Independent contractor massage therapists engaged by the company are not owners, managers, or representatives of the business. Any statements suggesting otherwise are unauthorized and a violation of contract. Only Carolyn Stevens is responsible for company management, policies, and client relations.

8. Concierge & Vendor Partnerships

We welcome collaborations with concierge companies, estate managers, and home service providers. Please note that a signed vendor agreement must be in place before any services are scheduled or provided. This ensures mutual clarity, professionalism, and consistent standards of care for all clients.

9. Intellectual Property & Website Use

All content (text, logos, graphics, photos) is the property of Alpenglow Mobile Massage, LLC and protected by copyright. Content may not be copied, distributed, or modified without written consent. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

Services are intended to support general wellness. Alpenglow Mobile Massage, LLC is not liable for injuries, conditions, or outcomes resulting from services or website use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in Utah courts.

Privacy Policy

At Alpenglow Mobile Massage & Wellness, your privacy is important to us.

1. Information We Collect

Contact details (name, phone, email, location). Service notes (preferences, comfort, contraindications). Basic website analytics (e.g., page visits).

We do not collect or store sensitive medical records through this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

To confirm/manage appointments. To communicate regarding services or inquiries.To improve the quality of services and website. We will never sell, trade, or share your information with outside parties.

3. Confidentiality

All client information is private unless required by law or authorized by you.

NDAs are available upon request.

4. Security

We take reasonable precautions to safeguard your information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
