Therapist Communication & Non-Solicitation: All services are provided by therapists contracted through Alpenglow Mobile Massage & Wellness. To protect the integrity of our business and ensure consistent service quality:

  • Clients agree to schedule sessions directly through Alpenglow Mobile Massage & Wellness booking channels.

  • Direct solicitation or booking of contracted therapists outside of the company is a violation of these Terms and of our contractual agreements with therapists.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue services if this policy is not honored.

5. Mobile In-Home Service Policy

As a mobile provider, sessions are conducted in client homes or other agreed-upon private spaces.

  • The environment must be safe, clean, and appropriate for services.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or end a session if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate (e.g., disruptive individuals, intoxication, unsafe location).

  • Travel radius and availability may vary based on location.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our services are designed to support wellness, results vary from client to client.

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes from massage, lymphatic drainage therapies.

  • You agree that Alpenglow Mobile Massage, LLC is not liable for any injury, condition, or consequence resulting from your use of our services or website.
